About this speaker
Victoria (Tory) Clark joined Northcountry Cooperative Foundation (NCF) in 2016. She spent the first two years of her tenure providing technical assistance and governance support to several rural housing co-ops and spent the last two years of her tenure leading the organization’s real estate development activities as Real Estate Development Manager. Clark was promoted to Executive Director in September 2020.
