About this Talk

Strategies are what link aspirations to capabilities. A clear strategy is key to sustainable change within communities. The shift to a systems mindset can allow communities to better approach the challenges they face related to housing, working together in coalignment to develop solutions for the long-term. In this session, Bill Barberg and John M. Bryson introduce the concept of a strategy map, a tool to help various community organizations to develop and visualize their collective objectives, measures, targets, and actions (OMTA) to join together to develop a path towards meaningful, sustainable change.
